D-link DIR-878 MU-MIMO wireless AC1900 Router

D-link introduces various models of wireless ac1900 routers including D-link dir-879, D-link dir-880 and the latest one is D-link dir878 wireless ac1900 router.

D-link DIR-878

Dir-878 is introduced in addition of existing Dir-880 wireless ac1900 router, the first D-link router in AC1900 network segment, and then followed by the second d-link ac1900 router – the D-link dir-879 ac1900 router which model is like a camping hut with bright color instead of black like other wifi router in general.

D-link AC1900 Differences

What are differences between dir-878 and the other two previous models dir-879 and dir-880 which all of them are based on the same AC1900 network segment?

 Take a look at the following spec comparison table, the differences table among them. All other features nearly the same including Gigabit Ethernet ports, AC1900 network technology and security features.


See that D-link dir-878 is the only AC1900 router with MU-MIMO technology, a multi user MIMO technology to allow the system to send data stream to multiple devices at the same time not in series like non MU-MIMO routers.
