Unifi U6 Enterprise offers a maximum bandwidth of up to 10200Mbps, which could potentially overload a 2.5Gbps Ethernet backhaul during periods of high network activity. In comparison, the Netgear WAX630E has a lower maximum bandwidth capacity of 7800Mbps, which may help to reduce the risk of network congestion during peak usage.

This second Ethernet port is used for network redundancy or link aggregation to enhance reliability or throughput. Unifi u6 enterprise only comes with single 2.5Gbps Ethernet port which is prone to network bottleneck during peak usage.

The con for this netgear wax630 is that it requires PoE++ (802.3bt) switch that can supply power up to 60W. On the other hand, Unifi u6 enterprise requires PoE+ (802.3at) up to 48W power, less than netgear wax630.

Network Management Software

Ubiquiti Unifi controller software is designed specifically for managing Ubiquiti network devices free to download you can use without any paid subscription. On the other hand Netgear insight is designed to manage business class netgear wireless access point, but it is not a free to use, you need to subscribe this cloud based network management software.  

UniFi Controller offers more advanced features and greater control over your network devices than Netgear Insight, but it also requires more technical knowledge and setup.
